I used this wonderful service in December but I think I lost my post. Peter is a very friendly operator, who made no vague promises on being able to remove puppy pee “I’ll do my very best” like others have used but worked a miracle nonetheless! I was beyond impressed with the speed of Peter's communications in giving quote and answering questions. He was also arrived on time to do the work. He worked hard at removing the pet stains that affected my carpets. Though the coffee and wine stain took longer to take care of, however, my carpets were soon looking as good as new.
